The Battle of Cowpens was part of the American War of Independence.
Lt. Col. Tarleton caught Brig. Gen. Daniel Morgan's force between a rock and a hard place.
The rebel army's retreat is blocked by a river, and facing them are the professional soldiers of the British Army.
General Morgan has a clever plan to lure the British into a trap and win the battle... Will he succeed, and liberate the southern states from the grasp of the British? Or is he, and perhaps the entire revolutionary cause, doomed to failure?
This is a new, updated version of the scenario. Longer, tougher, more tactical - only by employing the real historical tactics devised by the American commander can victory be achieved!
Played. Out of 237 pop, finished with 127. I think you should tie up the attackers to the object they are attacking Tal, so that the player will not be able to "Lure" them into an endless circle of going back and forth. This makes the scenario very easy. Also the flanking attackers stopped on the white flags, so they were basically useless since I have "tricked" the AI to follow me on the main line almost to the very edge of the map.
