I want to spawn building construction site areas. Buildings which aren't fully built yet.

- I created an area - Area 1.
- I created an object - P1 Barracks.
- I gave this object an attribute - Construction Complete 1.

Whenever I launch the game, this does not work the way I want it to.

Another example of use
Player 1 cannot build a temple. On the map a Temple construction site is spawned so that Player 1 can send citizens to that particular construction site to build the building.

One reason why?
I want the computer to build particular buildings but only in certain areas once a trigger allows them to. This method would solve this. The trigger would lay down the building foundations... then citizens could build this structure to 100%.
