Remember how in random games in EE1, the AI would never go beyond 1 age ahead of the player? I want to do something similar to that. I want to figure out how to program the AI to only advance epoch given two prerequisites:

1. Enough technologies have been researched to unlock the epoch advancement.

2. The Player has advanced to the next epoch in question.

Basically put, the AI can't exceed the player's current epoch. Any way to do this?
