My first ever made scenario in EE. This the the first mission in my campaign and more will come soon, but I would like to make sure this is absolutely working before i post the others eventually. Any kind of feedback will help me improve my scenarios.
About:
- This scenario is a combination of land and sea battle.
- Expect larger and powerful enemy forces.
- When playing with limited sources, be sure you spend them on troops.
- Guard your heroes well, but don't leave him alone. This is not only for his safety but also he is very helpful in battle.
- Hope you will enjoy, Happy Gaming!
Update:
- Thanks JosipM and shieldwolf23 for your valuable rating and comments, those helped me a lot. Hope this version will help player enjoy more than the previous!
- KillerTomato and sepitoto have the texture credits. |

1st do download, apparently! :)
I'll check it out. Civilizations folder is unnecessary though, since you made it in SSA format, since civilizations will be embedded on the SSA file itself. |

@shieldwolf23 I am looking forward to your feedback. I am really afraid if everything is going to be fine or not; otherwise it will be a bad weekend for anybody which I really don't want! |

I just started the campaign, Shuvro, and what striked me was how professional your history section and cinematics was done. I have failed to progress though, there's a bug in the Sir Walter and Howard meeting up. Regardless of how I position Lord Howard near Sir Walter, nothing happens. Kindly see this bug, I'd really like to move forward. I see a very great potential on this! |

@shieldwolf23 It is not a problem, just delete the flag named objective near sir Raleigh and then place lord Howard at its place. Do the same when meeting with the British scout. only this two cases are a bit weird. Meeting with the diplomats later on the game will be as normal as placing unit. Thanks you liked the cenamtics. in hints section I probably told about it, please check. |

Well, I must say, if you didn't say that this is your first scenario I would have thought that you are a solid EE scenario maker, for this is very well made, with only some small bugs (I couldn't trade with Denmark, I don't know if I did something wrong or it just won't and I can't get cavalry from Mercenary camp and it also takes you gold way to fast) but the biggest problem I had was that I had to wait so much time since you have to gather much resources.
Balance: 4
The beginning was hard, you have small force and have to fight a lot of rebels and Spanish troops. Later you will probably have many resources and you can make a lot of units, but you can't make ships! It was quite hard to repel Spanish ships and it took too long to defeat all Spanish Armada's ships.
Creativity: 4.5
Well, this is something people here on EEH don't do often, it would fit more likely as a scenario in mainline campaign since it contains mix of genres.
Map Design: 4.5
Map was well made, nothing too special but it was still very nice.
Story/Instructions: 4.5
You gave good instructions and hints, as well as history, but still there are some things not explained, which if you have time, could write and update in new version maybe (or if you are making a campaign, put an improved version in it).
Additional Comments: Very good scenario, keep the good work up! |

Oops, I may have missed the hints section. :)
- The rebels are quite numerous, and since Iron is missing in the base, the battles are a bit lopsided and difficult. I suggest you gradually increase the rebel soldiers, instead of having them spam the area. You can also try alternating between raiding parties (comprised of few rebel units, most probably horsemen), and the actual main rebel army, to at least have the player a chance to build up its army.
- When you create forests, avoid having the trees on on squares. Use the smallest tile tool, and have them randomly placed. Mixing other trees too within forests make it more realistic.
- Elevation and terrain is nicely done.
I'll reload and see if I can get past the rebels. I am a bit overwhelmed with their numbers right now. |

First upgrade the soldiers when you are doing the talking. Soon after the base is handed over to you take the hussars and go to kill the 3 snipers attacking your farms. task the 8 citizens to the nearest farm(no 3). 8 farmers are given. you place the infantries near the farm 2. task them to stand ground. keep lord Howard just behind them so that they get morale. bring the two canons and keep them behind the infantry line.keep the field canons at stand ground mode. keep the infantry in long line formation. bring back the hussars and place them near farm 4 . keep them all attack mode. try creating 4 nurses, and try to keep on increasing hussars and infantry in your army. the first wave will be attacking soon. as they attack, draw their attention to the cavalry and bring them within your infantries' range. as the helberdiers die the recruits are easily dead with your cavalry. then heal your troops before the second wave comes. in the meantime don't forget to increase your troops (only inf and hussars, nothing else). you should have a gradually ample force to defeat the rebels 2nd and 3rd wave. after they are gone heal your troops and wait to accumulate 10,000 food. after you have this amount of food the Spanish will come, but only with inf, if you manage to keep 10-12 of the hussars and 17-18 infantry alive you will deal the Spanish wave easily. try the same lure to ambush tactics for the spanish also.when i tested i followed this strategy and that worked. a map to set troops position
