Following the assassination of Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister of a "free" Russia ... radical socialists used fear mongering to take control of the people.
Years later, a resistance formed, led by Nikolai "Wyatt" Vilko; so nicknamed for his love of Western films and tales. His organization, the Free Trade Guild, along with other rebel groups, are prepared to prove that capitalism and a free society is far more efficient and effective than tyrannical socialism.
Loads of triggers and lots of near-endless warfare. This will seem like a real live battlefield with tons of spawns and anti-spawn triggers that require the player to destroy certain points etc.
Should be enjoyable

Playability:
Overall this scenario is quite enjoyable to play, however, there is a couple of things that I did not like. Firstly the high amount of units you have to deal with. Playing against an enemy that spawns his units always gives me the feeling of playing one of those "BLOOD - Whatever" scenarios - Reducing the number of spawning units could fix that. Secondly I found the map too crowded, which gave my units barely any space for moving.
What adds a lot to playability are the movies. They are really good and show you everything you need to know about the story.
4.4
Balance:
Balance was quite ok in my opinion. Even though the spawning of enemy units makes you think the scen was very challenging, beating back the spawned assaults is not really difficult but more annoying. When it comes to attacking the enemy's positions, it is far more challenging, for the enemy attacks you on ground and from air and has a lot of defending troops
4.0
Creativity: 4,1
I split up the rating for creativity into 4 parts.
Story, scenario idea
The story is definitely the best part of the scenario. It is credible and I actually think something like that may happen in future. 5.0
Map Design creativity:
There was nothing special about the map. It's simply an ordinary map of about altered Random map quality. 3.0
Triggers: There were no triggers that dramatically changed gameplay. But your movies were very good. 4.5
Map design: 3.0
This is maybe the worst(I'm not saying it is bad!) aspect of your scenario. The map fits the gameplay, but there was nothing special that would catch my eye's attention.
Terrain use: You basically used the 4 snow textures all over the map, thus almost all areas looked the same.
Elevations: Elevations were actually very good. there are hills, mountains, and the river(I don't like though that its almost entirely surrounded by cliffs.
As I already said above, the map is nothing special, of about the quality of an altered Random map. To improve, make the terrain more varied and add some landmarks.
History/ Instructions: 3,5
Instructions and background story were awesome. I never felt lost and I always knew what to do!
Perfect! 5.0
Hints: There are some hints, but I dont find them very useful except the one with towers. Hints are supposed to give additional information to players having problems to beat it.. 3.0
History. Was only one line, but the fact you let the scenario tell the story cannot be ignored. Despite that you should really add at least some history. 2.7
Additional Comment: Overall a good scenario! I reccomend downloading and playing. I also consider replaying it. Not your best work Tek, but it's good, above average! |

Howdy! This user recently tried out the scenario and found it fairly enjoyable! Thanks for the hard work, it's appreciated! Also bonus points for it actually being a non-commie storyline in Eastern Europe and, whilst the description of the backstory found in the OP above isn't in the scenario's 'History/Literature' section, there's still enough information to get the gist of what's going on in the game world and where to proceed from there! It's a breath of fresh air after seeing so many pro-Soviet campaigns/scenarios on here, and socialist-sounding rhetoric throughout a couple of the campaigns in EE and EE:AoC!
Playability: 3.5
(Okay, this may be slightly skewed because of the type of computer the player may be using at the time, but, this user found the earlier portion of the scenario a tad hard to maneuver through just to select a unit, let alone find them, because of how densely populated the eastern half of the overall map is. However, that doesn't detract from it being an overall playable and enjoyable scenario that smooths out as enemy units and buildings are removed from play over time!)
Balance: 3.5
(Just taking away from the hard time this user had early on maneuvering around the map with how slow it was, but, it's not impossible to beat the enemy with some patience and there's a couple ways to do so. The multiple air turrets being bunched up by enemy towers, whereas the player's own turrets and towers being spread around away from one another, was tad bit unbalanced early on, but, other than a couple minor map improvements that could be made for resource attainment purposes, it's a fairly balanced scenario!)
Creativity: 4.5
(Seeing old school planes being in the one hangar was interesting, as, from a guerilla-warfare standpoint, such a smaller force would likely have a disadvantage in technology and air superiority, unless one focuses on that, like this user chose to do, and being able to acquire a couple robots at the end with the promise of revolutionizing the world with them to fight against communism was quite nice! This user says that because, in real life, socialism doesn't work because there's scarcity (and according to MisesInstitute, there always will be) however, with advanced 3D printers acting like 'replicators' from 'Star Trek: The Next Generation', one could tackle much of scarcity in the world, which many forget is how such a civilization in that fictitious world can function, because it's a relatively post-scarcity world! In real life, raising the minimum wage, which should even exist and is none of anyone else's business, simply doesn't work and only further consolidates chosen members with a 'seat at the table', per the one spectatorDOTorg article after BarackHusseinSoetoroDavisKissinerO'Dronebummuh was (s)elected to retain monopolies over industries because smaller firms wouldn't be able to feasible compete with them because of the lesser amount of funds at their disposal, and if said minimum wage WAS increased, people shouldn't be shocked when those businesses choose to replace their human workers with robots and other machines, which would be cheaper to fix and replace with less back-talk! Most people want to achieve their dream careers anyways and a 'job' is NOT a 'career' and people don't want to do certain jobs in the retail/service/custodial sectors, especially if they have, or believe themselves to have, a higher IQ than their station requires, because that's just a waste of time in Life and their faculties otherwise...This user sees this all the time: a leftist-minded individual complains about wanting a higher wage, mainly due to inflation, because decades ago, such salaries for such menial tasks would be laughable! Such a person lobbies the gang of men called government to force the employer to raise their minimum wage, then such an individual is out-of-work and complains about it because their employer chose the more economical option of replacing that person with a robot. It's as 'Homer Simpson' said while in Africa while opining about why 'bag-boys' shouldn't get higher wages and such, because such funds could be put to better use elsewhere where more important and delicate tasks are being performed or wished to be performed!)
Map Design: 4.5
(This user would've liked to have been able to place a settlement or two in certain areas that were too 'rough' for a settlement to be built at all. Other than that, this user finds it a rather well-detailed and expansive map that gives off a feel of 'realism'!)
Story/Instructions: 3
(Personally would've preferred a bit more backstory and the instructions be 'spaced out' to fill out the screens a bit more, but, again, it's quite a breath of fresh air to see a pro-free trade position and alliance being taken in and in the story Eastern Europe envisioned in the scenario as it can be QUITE plausible in real life, with all that's going on, for what could feasibly happen, should there be such an occurrence!)
Additional Comments: Not the best but far, far from being bad and this user wishes the producer of such content well in the future and happy holidays! Peace,Luv,andAnarchy! (A.K.A anarcho-capitalism, A.K.A the logical conclusion of libertarianism, A.K.A voluntar(y)ism)
