Here it is. I have added some good triggers to enhance gameplay, and hopefully most will like the story. Shells are costantly exploding (relax they wont hurt you, they are for looks)Rain comes and goes and the war goes by day by day. I like to put a lot into a map soi I tried my best with making the front look battle scarred.
You can produce tanks at the factories but nothing else (for balences sake. Also in order to get troops, you must type "Send me troops." The germans also get troops so be careful and only use it when you need it. I hope u like and plz rate (lookin foward to yours MM).

Playability: 4
It was alot of fun, it felt different from other WWI scenarios, so it wasnt the same thing, game play was enjoyable.
Balance: 2.6
This is the part that really needs to be worked on. I didnt even have to type send me troops before i won. Some suggestions are that you could make the german units more powerful to make up for their stupidness in attacks. This way you must keep getting more units to fight them off, then they get more, and it becomes a back and forth fight.
Creativity: 4
The explosions were nice. Wish you could add some sound going in the backround of stuff exploding and guns firing. That would be really cool to have.
Map Design: 4.5
It was very good, only thing is that i think you should add some dead bodies in the middle the stay there (using the old food trick). It would make the atomsphere feel more trench like.
Story/Instructions: 4
Very good detail, everything told, but i wish stuff could happen over time, like in a few other WWI scenarios, such as the germans capture some tanks, then they charge.
Additional Comments:
I think you could make this into a 4.5 scenario if you add some more things into it. Looking foward to hopefully seeing an updated version. Good job!
Also, why is are the doughboys allied with some of the germans, and why are the french just standing in no mans land not getting shot by anybody? |

This is fun although there should be a few changes...
One the didn't have radar back then sorry.
Two tanks should be nonrenewable as they were exerimental and introduced late in the war. also you should make the tanks be the Mvks, they were british.
Three you could freeze the important units so they dont heal your units. |

So thats how you have units stay, add food. I was wondering how to do that. And yeah the balence is kinda off. The only way i figured out I could lose was if I typed Sned me troops like 5 times without moving my men. This would let them have a mil more than you.
BTW, I think i submited the wrong version; instead of downloading it again, all you have to do is go to scen editor, click triggers, and then on trigger 66 ( Its the one about creating German infantry)check the box that says looping. That should add a little more balnce. If this is too hard (yes i know my triggers are sloppy)or it doesnt even it enough, Ill update this in about a day. Let me know if this works. |

I dont know if you should make it so ALL the troops have the food, cause slower computers might have a hard time since, if the balance gets better, therell be alotta bodies. |

6 mins? How? Did you actually kill 1800 Germans in that time? If so, props to you homie, tell me how.
BTW, has anyone edited the trigger I mentioned from the last post? If so, please say so.

Samuri, They didn't have radar back then but they did have something called the "rangefinder", which was their equivalent to todays radar. |
