You probably won't find anyone here that has them... and requesting game files is against the CoC prepare for a ban.
The whole sea was ours, and, with all the gates of the horizon open, real peace and freedom were wafted down from the firmament itself. It was as though the fresh salt tang in the air, and all the blue purity that surrounded us had washed and cleansed both body and soul.

Hes requesting the names of the units, not the units themselves...

http://forums.vgames.com/thread.jspa?messageID=606934 Machine Mortar (Far East Region, Future Epoch) – A genetically engineered soldier that launches a devastating, area-affect salvo of shells. Persian Mercenary (Middle East Region, Ancient Epoch) – An ambidextrous warrior armed with a pair of lethal blades. Urban Special Forces (West Region, Modern Epoch) – A highly disciplined, well-armed Urban Special Operations soldier.
I can't think of any games that successfully added pre-order content that changed multiplayer capabilities. Failures that come to mind include the "Bofors" from Battlefield 2142 that blocked 1/4 of the screen. Why would you put in units that actively gave multiplayer bonuses when simple skins and customizations in the past have tended to have trouble.
Any way these units don't unbalance the game?

I don't think they do. I played a few 1v1's against somebody with the pre-order units and he was about my equal as far as economy goes but he kept using those per-order units and didn't have a balance so I won everytime. They might be useful if you use them in a balance, but you certainly can't mass them out to win.
